Yesterday I checked on my vegetable garden and found a zucchini hiding under a big leaf. It was large not good for a zucchini. I cooked it smoothered in green peppers and onions. On the top of the casserole placed breadcrumbs and cheese. It was delicious. Want a bite? Life is good!
